Had a great turnout Thursday evening at the Hollywood Neighborhood Association meeting.

It was encouraging to see fellow Hollywood Boosters Business Association members, local business owners, and residents of the Hollywood District come together.

Thank you to District Attorney Vasquez, Councilor Pirtle-Guiney and Captain of the North Portland Police Precinct for attending and listening as we voiced concerns about the ongoing weekly distribution of unregulated drug paraphernalia in our neighborhood. These activities are having a negative impact on our community, and it was important to share both our concerns and potential solutions.

We appreciate the open dialogue and the opportunity to be heard. Together, we will continue working toward a stronger, safer, and more vibrant Hollywood District!

Heidi Settlemier

Hi, I’m Heidi Settlemier with Alameda Realty. I’m a third-generation Realtor with over 25 years of experience, and I’ve lived in Northeast Portland—specifically the Alameda neighborhood—my entire life.

That means when I’m pricing, marketing, and negotiating your home, I’m not just relying on data—I’m bringing real, firsthand knowledge of the neighborhood, the homes, and the buyers who want to be here.

I specialize in older homes, and I understand how to position them in today’s market to attract the right buyers and maximize your return. My approach is very strategic, but also very honest—I’ll always tell you what you need to hear, not just what you want to hear.

At the end of the day, my goal is simple: to protect your investment, guide you through the process, and get you the strongest possible outcome with the least amount of stress.

In my free time I enjoy traveling, skiing, boating, running, hiking, volunteering and spending time with my friends & family.

I am president of the Hollywood Boosters Business Association, member of the Hollywood Lions Club, and a member & volunteer bartender at the East Portland Moose Lodge.
