🛠️ Report Car Repair / Chop-Shop Activity in the Right-of-Way

(Stormwater & Environmental Concern)

Unpermitted vehicle repair in the public right-of-way can cause stormwater pollution and should be reported to the Bureau of Environmental Services (BES).
