The Community for Positive Aging and the German American Society of Portland invite you to the Positive Aging Health & Wellness Fair, a free community-wide event celebrating and supporting older adults throughout Portland and the surrounding communities.

Rooted in a mission to advance positive aging, the fair will bring together older adults, caregivers, family members, healthcare providers, and community partners in one welcoming space. Attendees will have opportunities to connect with local organizations and access preventive health services, screenings, vaccinations, health education, wellness opportunities, and resource-navigation support.

The event is designed to promote healthy connections and engagement, strengthen community relationships, and celebrate the many strengths and contributions of older adults. It will also help connect attendees with resources that support continued independence, health, and well-being.

A key goal of the fair is to advance health equity by helping ensure that older adults from all backgrounds—especially members of BIPOC and immigrant communities—have access to culturally aligned information and services.

Organizations are invited to support the fair and connect directly with more than 800 older adults, caregivers, and family members. Sponsors will receive visibility through event marketing, newsletters, social media, and on-site recognition while demonstrating their commitment to building a healthier, better-connected community.

Sponsorship also helps reduce barriers to health information, community services, and wellness opportunities for older adults throughout our region.
