Heidi is a third-generation Realtor and lifelong Portland resident with over 24 years of personal experience and more than 150 years of family history in Portland real estate. She is licensed in Oregon and has been recognized as a 5-Star Professional Realtor (2011–2024). She also holds E-Pro certification.

Heidi proudly serves as a board member of the Hollywood Boosters and is actively involved in the Hollywood Lions Club and the East Portland Moose Lodge #1891.
