New Web Site and Improved Functions and Listing!

At long last, the Hollywood Boosters have a new website for our members, customers and visitors. Our host, homespunwebsites, has assembled a wide collection of tools, options and support to give our site much more usefulness. Our Boosters will be able to maintain information about their business with the ability to post news, coupons, ads, pictures and more depending on their membership level. More details will be announced as we finalize construction of the site. Please use the contact form located at the bottom of the site if you have questions about how to improve the visibility of your site.

Each committee will be able to maintain news and information about their upcoming and past events and those pages can be sent out as part of our electronic newsletter. Training for our board members will occur first and additional training for our members will be rolled out thereafter. Please be patient as we develop and grow this site to help improve our wonderful business district.

During the mid-century, the Hollywood district was the hot spot of Portland, with such features as the historic theater, Yaw's Drive-In, Paulsen's Soda Fountain and many more fun shops and services. Over the last 75 years, the Hollywood District has undergone a lot of change, leaving a mix of old and new. Embracing change while holding on to history has made Hollywood the place to be. With vibrant businesses creating a wonderful neighborhood for you to live, shop, work and play in, Hollywood is back for you to enjoy.

Are you a Hollywood Booster? Have you paid you 2009 dues?  We need your support to keep Hollywood thriving.  Now is the time to invest in your community to turn the economy around and improve the success of your business.  Membership dues allow us to sponsor many events throughout the year and your participation in our various committees and activities helps even more.  Third Thursday is gearing up for the summer.
